17th International Conference on the Structure of Hungarian

The 17th International Conference on the Structure of Hungarian (ICSH17) will be held at the University of Debrecen, Hungary, from the 11th to the 12th of June 2025. The venue for the talks is the University of Debrecen main building, room II. Coffee breaks in the University of Debrecen main building, room 109.

The Department of English Linguistics is hosting the ICSH17. The ICSH is a biannual meeting organized for linguists working on or with an interest in any linguistically relevant aspect of the Hungarian language, approached from theoretical and empirical perspectives.

The main session of ICSH will be followed by a special thematic workshop titled “New Insights on Demonstratives” (NID2025), hosted at the same venue on the 13th of June.
