Yoga:
FLOW yoga Debrecen
There is an English yoga class: Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic type of yoga, a highly structured vinyasa-style class. It begins with ten sun salutations, continues with a series of standing poses done on each side, and finishes with a set of inversions and seated poses, which are linked by a vinyasa sequence. The class is bilingual. Both Hungarian tongued and English speakers are welcome. Asthanga yoga class is on every Tuesday at 5:30 pm. The teacher is Dorka Juhász.

- 10-class-pass: 21 500 Ft – valid for 3 months
