The prize will be handed over in person after the draw event.
The winner will be chosen randomly using a lottery program. The results of the lottery are recorded in a record.

Rules
This prize draw is organized by ECE Budapest Kft. (head office: 25/a Örs vezér Square Budapest, company registration number: 01-09-878414, tax number: 12144341-2-42, Phone: +36 52 598 800, E-mail: info@forumdebrecen.hu).
All natural persons over the age of 18 can participate in the Game. Participation is free. The person participating in the game is hereinafter referred to as „Player”.
By participating in the game, the player accepts the rules and consents to the management of their data as stated therein and acknowledges that the rules are considered a contract, so data management is necessary to fulfill the contract.
Any activities received before the start and after the end of the Games period will not be included in the game.
The Organizers have the right to verify the authenticity of the data provided by the winning Players.
Providing false information will result in the player being disqualified.
If the Player is not available for 2 days, or provides incorrect data, he or she will lose his or her right to the prize.
The offered prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Organizer assumes any taxes that may be payable on the prize. After the prizes, the Players are not liable to pay taxes.
Prizes are not transferable.
Given the legal provisions in force, the Organizer is unable to hand over the prize in case of incomplete or non-timely provision of data.
If it turns out after the draw that the given e-mail address does not exist or the Player does not contact the Organizer within 2 days, it will be replaced by an alternate winner.
Players who do not accept these Game Rules or who violate any point thereof may not participate in the Game and the prize draws. If a violation of the Game Rules is discovered after the prize has been drawn, the irregular Player loses his right to receive the prize and must return the prize or pay the monetary value to the Organizer and cooperate with the Organizer in all other respects.
If the winner of the prize does not accept the prize, the Organizers consider that he or she has renounced his or her prize, to which the Alternate Winner acquires the right.
By accepting these Game Rules, the Player agrees that, in the event of winning, the personal data provided during the data reconciliation will be transferred to ECE BUDAPEST KFT. to be published in the list of winners and to be included in the draw.
The scope of data handled:
- Instagram profile
- last and first name
- e-mail address
- home address
- image and voice of the person concerned in the case of a lottery or prize giving.
The Player consents to XLVIII of 2008 on the basic conditions and certain limitations of economic advertising activities. Based on Section 6 (5) of the Act, ECE BUDAPEST KFT. find him or her with electronic advertising messages.
The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or modify these terms and conditions or the Game itself only in such a way that the Game conditions are more favorable for the Players or that the Game Rules comply with the applicable laws.
