Global Communication and Leadership Skills for 2021 is a 12-session program held online over six months, each session running for one hour. Additional and new topics not previously presented by John Graham and American Corner Debrecen in the areas of communication, culture, and leadership will be covered.
Recommended for university students and older with upper-intermediate level English and above.
The format of the sessions will be topic presentation through slides and lecture, while the participants can get involved by answering questions via chat, taking part in polls and discussion and questions at the end.
Participants who fulfill the minimum of 70% of the sessions will receive a certificate.

American Corner Debrecen is one of the five Spaces in Hungary. The institute can be found at 19/D Bem square, in Méliusz Juhász Péter Library, but please be advised that due to COVID-19, all American Corners in Hungary have stopped in-person programming until further notice.

American Corner Debrecen is an EducationUSA Advising Center providing current information on studying opportunities at U.S. colleges and universities. Part of EducationUSA, a U.S. Department of State network of more than 400 advising centers globally, the Corner actively promotes U.S. higher education and provides guidance and resources to international students who would like to continue their studies in the United States.
The American Corner Debrecen became a certified advising center in the summer of 2009. Apart from providing library services, they organize bi-weekly and monthly seminars about studying in the United States when there isn’t coronavirus.
