It is organized as part of the Populism and Civic Engagement (PaCE) project, an EU-funded research, and innovation program, aiming to understand and address the negative tendencies associated with populism politics. Democracy Labs are organized by the Democratic Society, City of Reykjavik, and Citizens Foundation in collaboration with local partners.

Share your opinion about the condition of democracy and your trust in decisions made by public authorities! This knowledge will feed in the PaCE research findings, and the outcomes will be widely disseminated among policymakers in Europe.

The event will be held online via the Zoom platform and take about three hours. Your discussion will be moderated by facilitators in small groups to encourage meaningful and constructive interactions. Democracy Lab is preceded by idea generation and exchange through the Your Priorities platform.
