AIESEC in Hungary is an organization that provides various services and programs. You can join them online until the 18^th of February.

You can start your AIESEC team experience either in February or September. AIESEC starts recruiting new members in December and July. So, it’s that time of the year when their recruitment is open again, and they are officially welcoming brand-new talents with a fully online selection process.

In AIESEC, you will be able to develop leadership through practical team experiences in a global environment by improving your personal and professional competencies and creating life-long connections to build your career. They improve your leadership skills, as they find this to be the key to solving major issues in our society. As a member, you can start your leadership journey in one of the teams working on various fields and develop yourself through practical learning. It’s the best opportunity to balance out what you learn at your university.

AIESEC is open-minded and welcoming to everyone. Even during the pandemic, they strived to be motivated and keep their community together with practices and activities.

AIESEC is the most extensive youth-led organization in the world. They aim to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential through international experiences in more than 120 countries where they are present.

AIESEC was founded in 1948 in the context of the second world war. The main idea back in time was to bring people to a common understanding, leading people to avoid engaging in conflicts because of their ethnicity, language, beliefs, or where they come from. AIESEC in Hungary was founded in 1972, where it started its mission to build a better Hungary: where people understand the true value of leadership and move forward building a better, open and more inclusive society.

Since 1972, AIESEC in Hungary has been forming a legion of leaders, impacting different sectors of the society, and bringing their values to the core business and sectors. All it took back then was the courage to take the first step, to join the organization, and allow themselves to challenge others, and be challenged in a fun and engaging environment, where work and fun meet the right balance and where you learn key skills which are needed for you to become a better professional.

They are present in Local Offices across Hungary 5 in Budapest and one in Debrecen, and one in Pécs.
