The National Union of Students in Hungary (HÖOK) issues a call for applications for talented students to participate in the MentorFactor talent show organized by the Stipendium Hungaricum Mentor Network, Mentorprogram, and the Diaspora Mentoring Program.
HÖOK aims to provide opportunities for international and Hungarian students studying in higher education who would like to represent their countries and universities by participating in the hugest university talent competition.
Apply in a team or individually to the MentorFactor!
- Active or passive student status.
- Motivation to represent your university with your talents.
- All students of any higher education institution in Hungary may apply.
- All applicants applying in a group must be a student of a higher education institution.
Application process
- Applicants can enter with any performance they feel shows their talents best.
- Applicants must record a video (maximum 5 mins) application featuring their performance that must be uploaded to a file-sharing website. (it doesn’t have to be public) Make it accessible to the judges. (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Google Drive, OneDrive, Instagram, Facebook)

- The received videos are judged by a professional jury.
- The selected finalists will perform live on the 27th of March on the stage at the event.
- Finalists will be required to travel to Budapest on their own.
- The organizers will reimburse or cover the costs of traveling and accommodations for finalists arriving from outside of Budapest. But they are unable to cover plane tickets or travel from outside of Hungary.
Prizes
- The finalists on the 27th of March will win valuable prizes.
- The winner of MentorFactor will receive the grand prize of the competition: a chance to perform live at the 2024 EFOTT (https://efott.hu) festival.
