The Medical Students Association of Debrecen (DOE) opened applications for the 2026/2027 season of professional and research exchanges.
Application deadline: 11:59 pm on the 5th of November 2025 (Wednesday)
All-in DOE points can be counted until 11:59 pm on the 7th of November 2025 (Friday)
Country Distribution Day: the 13th of November 2025 (Thursday)
Application requirements:
- Active DOE membership
- Participation in at least 45 minutes of preventive activities (for international students)
- Minimum 10 DOE points offered
The application fee is 80,000 HUF, which can only be paid in cash.
This fee covers accommodation, hospital placement, and one meal/weekday or pocket money, depending on the country.
In addition, a 10,000 HUF deposit must be paid, which will be refunded after the exchange, if you:
- respect all deadlines,
- attend the Pre-Departure Training,
- write an English-language report about your exchange experience.
