Campus Mundi 2022

The Campus Mundi program supports the development of the international competitiveness of Hungarian higher education in the period between 2016-2022 with 9.2 billion forints. On the one hand, the program supports student mobility. On the other hand, it contributes to increasing the international recognition of higher education institutions.

The Campus Mundi Scholarship Program offers scholarships for study abroad in almost any country in the world.

Applications submitted will be evaluated by Tempus Public Foundation staff in the order of the arrival. The board of trustees of the Tempus Public Foundation decides within 2 months of the submission of applications.

Applications for the 2021/2022 session for travels can be submitted until the 28^th of February or until the available budget runs out. The mobilities must be completed by 30^th of September. Applications for retroactive support cannot be submitted.

Monthly scholarship amounts: between 200 and 250 thousand forints

The aim is for students to complete courses closely related to their studies at home during their studies at a foreign university and gain intercultural experience, which will give them an advantage in finding a job in the Hungarian labor market or their further studies.

Students:

• under the valid Erasmus+ and other bilateral agreements of the sending university
• as an auditor at any foreign university

Can complete their studies abroad. During a semester, students must obtain at least 20 credits or at least 15 ECTS credits during a trimester in the host institution, which the sending higher education institution must count in the students’ studies. In the case of master’s and doctoral training, research activities may be supported if this is closely related to the study requirements.

No application may be submitted for travel to areas not recommended for travel by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Duration of study abroad: minimum 3 months (90 days) excluding travel days, maximum 5 months
