To make the prevention against coronavirus more effective, the local government of the city makes the wearing of mask obligatory in playgrounds, markets, and fairs from the 12th of November.
According to the decree, it would be possible to close dog parks, but the local government doesn’t consider this to be necessary. The countrywide rules apply for the users of dog parks and dog walkers.
In favor of the support of the inhabitants and needy persons, the Mayor’s Office of Debrecen City with County Rights runs an informational line just like in the spring coronavirus state of emergency.
