Local NGO „Kék Erdő Alapítvány” and American Corner Debrecen (ACD) are organizing a pop-up study group for Ukrainian refugee children aged 6 to 16 in the American Corner at Bem Square on the 26th of May.

For volunteers

They are looking for volunteers (as translators, facilitators, teachers, helpers, etc.) for individual occasions or regularly (Thursday early afternoons).

On the 24th of May, the first session (held in the framework of ACD’s English conversation club) will serve as a brief orientation and illustration of some of the methodology to be used at the study group sessions starting two days later.

Can’t make it to the orientation session? No worries! Feel free to come by to any study group session only to observe or help in any way!
