The first IKEA Design Studio in Hungary was opened on the 31st of March, in our city, in the FÓRUM Debrecen Shopping Center.
As previously reported by our portal, Hungary’s first IKEA Plan and Order Point, located in the FÓRUM Shopping Center, is waiting for its customers in Debrecen from the 31st of March.
At the opening ceremony held in the morning hours of the 31st of March, Ágnes Szabó, the IKEA store manager, said:
We are committed to bringing IKEA even closer to our customers by making our products and services available in more and more locations. We have already started opening pick-up points in the countryside, and today we are opening the first design studio here in Debrecen, in the FÓRUM Shopping Center.
In the IKEA Design Studio, expert decorators help customize kitchens, wardrobes, and storage systems based on customer needs during planning.
At the opening, Ágnes Szabó said that they hope to be able to help their customers also in the ordering process in the future.

The store manager added that the company had nearly one hundred thousand IKEA Family members in the counties of Hajdú-Bihar, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, and Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén in mid-March.

From Monday to Saturday: 10 am – 8 pm
Sunday: 10 am – 7 pm
It is closed on public holidays.
