The Night of Museums is in the old way again

The Night of Museums will be held again in the traditional form on the 26^th of June.

The organizers wrote on the official website:

The first cultural event of the reopening will be the Night of Museums. This year museums will be open to the public once again, with COVID safety measures in mind.

It will be the 19^th Night of Museums, and this one will have a special feel to it as it’s going to be the first in-person event taking place in a long time. On the weekend that is the closest to Midsummer night, museums will open their doors to the public once more and await visitors with concerts, guided tours, interactive events, family programs, and other curiosities.

MODEM is waiting for fans of contemporary art for the Night of Museums – the MODEM press office informed our editorial office.

In addition to adhering to epidemiological rules and regulations, this afternoon and night are filled with exciting professional and audience-friendly art programs, but all the events require pre-registration and can be visited by a limited number of audiences. The institution continues to pay special attention to safety and each other’s health. Therefore, outside the inner garden, it is still recommended to wear the mask in the community spaces, and they check the immunity certificate.

The ticket is unitedly 1,200 forints, but in addition to the ticket, a separate registration is required for each program – and an armband received in advance on the spot. The MODEM pass with free registration is valid for all programs.
